We have the capability to blend liquids in batches up to  6,000 gallons in single batch at once, thickened products with viscosities up to 25,000 cps, and powder blends up to 3,000 pounds.

Toll blending contracts are synergistic arrangements that allow our customers to leverage our manufacturing expertise and flexibility to their advantage. Our customers bring us toll blending projects for a variety of reasons. Here are a few:

• Customers who run their own manufacturing facilities bring us toll blending projects when orders exceed their production capacity. Rather than investing capital in moving to a larger facility, or adding employees to respond to a spike in orders that may be temporary, they trust their overflow production to CMI. Orders are filled promptly and cost efficiently with less financial risk.
• Manufacturers located in other regions of the US or overseas choose CMI as a toll blending partner when they need to provide chemical products to their customers in the Midwest or Canada. Often a product can be manufactured at Brighton,MI. and shipped within our area at substantially lower cost than the customer would incur producing at their own facility and shipping a longer distance.
• Customers who currently use another toll blender often ask us to quote on new projects, or to evaluate their existing toll blending arrangements to see if we can improve upon them. Switching to CMI can help eliminate problems with quality, cost, and turnaround time. Chemical Universe is fully capable of creating low or high volume production runs with a complete mixing facility to blend your specific formulas. We can blend and fill any container from a 2oz bottle up to a 330 gallon tote and everything in between. We also work with numerous container and packaging vendors to create the exact look and feel your product requires.

Our automated packaging lines are capable of packaging Class I, Division I flammables, corrosives and silicones in containers from 40 ml up to 5 gallons. For larger volumes, we offer 55 gallon drums, totes and bulk tankers. We can provide packaging for almost every application and customer requirement. We have build special facility to handle silicone liquids and special engineered building for flammable liquids packaging.

Our Product Fulfillment Center is your solution to satisfying your customer’s need of getting their product as quickly as possible. We are able to store your product and when you receive an order, whether online, by phone or fax, we will then pick and pack the items and ship them directly to your customer. Being strategically located can add a considerable savings to your US shipping cost. We work with all of the major carriers (DHL, Fed Ex, UPS, USPS) and also can handle your LTL shipments.
