Efflorescence Cleaner-4248 should be mixed 1:1 with water. Always add Efflorescence Cleaner-4248 to the water. If heavy stains exist, Efflorescence Cleaner-4248 can be used at higher concentrations, but take care that concentration is not so high that it damages the surface. Apply a liberal coat of Efflorescence Cleaner-4248 when outdoor temperatures are above 50°F using a plastic garden sprayer. Allow Efflorescence Cleaner-4248 to work for 5-10 minutes. If necessary, lightly agitate the surface with a broom or deck brush for additional cleaning. Rinse the surface with a pressure washer with a PSI setting that will not cause abrasions on the surface. Coverage is 100-150 ft2 per diluted US gallon.

CORROSIVE! Handle with caution and store in a dry area at room temperature. When diluting with water, always slowly add Efflorescence Cleaner-4248 to water. Heat will be generated.
