  MOLD RELEASE-HP is a unique blend of silicones in a light aliphatic solvent naphtha. This flammable blend contains no chlorinated solvents, no HAP listed solvents, and has not been shown to contribute to ozone depletion. MOLD RELEASE-HP has been specially formulated for use in all Cold Box processes except SO2. This product offers excellent release on aluminum, urethane, and metal core boxes.

Since MOLD RELEASE-HP is flammable, it must be used with extreme caution and only where the use of flammables is allowed.

MOLD RELEASE-HP can be applied either by spraying, brushing or wiping. Whatever technique is used, it is recommended a uniform coat be applied to insure consistent release. The frequency of application will depend upon core complexity and application technique. Application frequency should provide good release properties while minimizing build-up.
