  BOOTH COATING-1780-W is a water base, fast drying, white grate coating that has been formulated with special resins to provide a hard, white barrier. It is used to protect paint booth grates, floors, and walls. BOOTH COATING-1780-W is an effective barrier for most paints, adhesives, waxes, and greases or oils.

Appearance: Thick, white liquid with a mild odor.
Specific Gravity: 8.5-8.8 lbs/gal / 1.02-1.05
Flash Point: None to boiling
pH: 9.6 - 10.1
VOC: <0.05 lbs/gal
Viscosity: 1,500 – 3,000 cps

BOOTH COATING-1780-W can be sprayed, brushed, or rolled onto the surface to be coated. A coating of 3-6 mils is usually sufficient to give protection against most paints and adhesives. Drying time is 0.5 to 1.0 hour depending on the atmospheric conditions at the time of application. BOOTH COATING-1780-W is easily removed with a stream of water. Increasing water pressure facilitates removal as does soaking with water before spraying.
