Remove paint from paint line and flush with water. Remove the water and fill paint line system with PAINT LINE CLEANER-3426. Circulate the cleaner while bagging the return line with a 100 micron bag. After the bag holds for two hours reduce the bag size to 25 microns and then finally to 5 microns. After the bag holds at 5 microns, flush the lines with water until the pH of the flushing water is obtained. The system is now ready for flushing resin, D.I. water, and water base paint.
